OFAAC Sends Congratulatory Message To Asagba Of Asaba On 1st Coronation Anniversary

The Organisation For the Advancement of Anioma Culture (OFAAC) – the umbrella body of Anioma culture congratulates the Asagba of Asaba, HRM Obi (Prof) Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge SAN, as he celebrates the first anniversary of his coronation as Asagba of Asaba.

The strongly worded OFAAC statement on the anniversary was signed and issued by the President, Arc. Kester Ifeadi in Asaba, on Sunday 5th October, 2025.

OFAAC maintains in the statement that, Asagba Azinge has proven his mettle as a well prepared people’s ruler and leader in the last one year that he ascended the throne of his forebears.

Accordingly, the statement reads, “This one year of your reign as Asagba of Asaba has been eventful. You have proven your preparedness for the throne and readiness to usher in a new dawn, not just in Asaba but for the entire Anioma Nation.

“We are pleased with the unwavering leadership that you have brought to bear in this one year. You have flavoured traditional administration with exemplary leadership, commitment and dedication to cultural preservation and people’s welfare. All of the sectors of Asaba society – men, women, youths, children, diverse groups, non indigenes and more are happy with your leadership, which is a good sign of a foreseeable progress and development in the land.

“Once again, we congratulate you, even as we reaffirm our commitment to working with you for the uplifting and advancement of Anioma Nation. Long live our king! Long live Anioma Nation!!”, stated OFAAC.
