Amori Felicitates Hilary Obegbulem on His Birthday

The Chief Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Senator Ighoyota Amori, has extended warm felicitations to Dr. Hilary Ibegbulem, former Principal Secretary to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a goodwill message issued in Asaba, Senator Amori described Dr. Ibegbulem as “a man of intellect, humility, and uncommon dedication to public service,” noting that his life and career reflect excellence, discipline, and an enduring commitment to the progress of Delta State.

The Chief Adviser commended Dr. Ibegbulem’s remarkable trajectory in the Delta State Public Service, where he served with distinction as Special Assistant to the Governor, Senior Legislative Aide to the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, and later as Principal Secretary to the Governor of Delta State.

Senator Amori further lauded Dr. Ibegbulem’s academic accomplishments, which include a Doctorate in Business Management from Delta State University, Abraka, as well as his ongoing pursuit of a Bachelor of Laws degree at Baze University, Abuja. He noted that these achievements underscore his relentless pursuit of knowledge and capacity building.

Highlighting Dr. Ibegbulem’s philanthropic impact, Senator Amori praised the activities of the Hilary Ibegbulem Foundation, which has provided educational scholarships, sponsored medical outreach programmes, funded surgeries, and executed community development projects, including the donation of a modern town hall to his hometown.

“Dr. Ibegbulem’s compassion, generosity, and commitment to human capital development continue to inspire hope and progress in our society,” Senator Amori stated. “He is a shining example of selfless leadership and a worthy ambassador of Delta State.”

While congratulating him on the milestone, the Chief Adviser wished Dr. Ibegbulem continued good health, divine wisdom, and greater accomplishments in his future endeavours.
