Chukwuedo Urges Support For Okpanam Social Development Initiative

The Vice Chairperson of a newly formed and registered Okpanam Social Development Initiative (OSDI), Mrs. Anthonia Chukwuedo, has urged relevant stakeholders and community leaders to render their maximum support to achieve its people-oriented objectives .

Chukwuedo stated this in Okpanam while speaking with journalists on the sidelines of the inaugural ceremony of the group, which was held in the community.

She said that members of Okpanam Social Development Initiative were credible individuals, whose passion for the growth of the community was unparalleled and worthy of emulation.

Chukwuedo, who is the Delta North Coordinator of Senator Ned Nwoko’s women support group, said that OSDI was not established for any individual’s personal agenda but for the collective interests of Okpanam community.

While describing the inaugural ceremony as successful in line with their expectations, Chukwuedo revealed that Okpanam Social Development Initiative was irrevocably determined to champion critical initiatives aimed at providing support to students of Okpanam extraction apart from driving other meaningful development.

Chukwuedo, however, appreciated Senator Ned Nwoko for his unwavering support, adding that the Senator had remained resolute in his quest for the uplifment of Anioma people.
