Prince of Mburubu Taunts Enugu PDP over Dwindling Membership

Activities of the Enugu State All Progressive Congress (APC) has taken another dimension with the visitation of Vice President  of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo to the State.

The Candidate representing APC in Enugu East Senatorial Zone, Prince Lawrence Eze, who spoke with journalists during the Visit of the Vice President to the State on Friday November 23, said that Party is now in charge of the State.

Eze, also known as Prince of Mburubu observed that the State’s Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),had continually peddled lies that there was no APC presence in the city but the visit of Osibanjo has proven otherwise.

He said, ” The visit of Vice President to Enugu State today has further energized the party. It has proven that Enugu has life in it, that APC has taken over the entire Enugu State.

” The PDP is diminished completely and APC has risen. There is obviously a lull in their camp”.

The Prince of Mburubu noted that Osibanjo’s arrival at the airport which elicited  joy among the party’s teeming supporters, showed that Enugu has become a pure APC State.

While reacting to the rumors making the rounds that the party is associated with violence, he said ” we are very law abiding. We ensure that our teeming supporters maintain peace. Enugu State APC members are peaceful”.
