Kenneth Gbagi is still on the run- Delta CP

The Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Hafiz Mohammed Inuwa has stated that Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi is still on the run for allegedly stripping his staffs naked and extorting them over allegations of fraud.

The CP who made the disclosure yesterday (23/11/2020) when members of the Indigenous Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State council, paid him a courtesy visit, at Asaba, said “nobody not even me or Gbagi is above the law”.

The 2023 gubernatorial hopeful was declared wanted on 29th of September 2020 having failed to honor his promises to report at the State Command for questioning.
The former Minister thereafter rushed to Abuja for court injunction restraining the Police from arresting him (Gbagi).

Inuwa said “The day I set my eyes on Gbagi , I will arrest him myself. Perhaps he thinks the court injunction will save him, yes it will but he will be arrested for many other charges against him.”

Continuing, “Let me tell you dear friends, until we start demystifying these so called big men who think they are above the law, they will not understand how a bitter pill tastes. He could have been playing people all along, but not with me.”

‘’ Let him keep running, all I know is that he is still being wanted by the Command” he added.
