PDP Convention:Delta Gov. Speaks on emergence of  NWC

Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated members of the new National Working Committee of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), chaired by former Senate President,  Dr. lyorchia Ayu.

Governor Okowa, who is the Chairman of the Accreditation Sub-Committee of the just concluded 2021 PDP National Convention disclosed this on his Instagram page, today.

He said “ After several weeks of planning, I am proud that our great party, PDP has once again planned a successful and peaceful national convention that has seen the emergence of an incoming National Working Committee, which will be chaired by former Senate President, Dr. lyorchia Ayu.”

“As the Chairman of the Accreditation Sub-Committee, I thank all the members from across the nation who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of yesterday’s convention.

“I congratulate our incoming Chairman and all the members of the incoming NWC. I am sure that I speak on behalf of all our party leaders when I say: ‘We are solidly behind you!’

“As we all work to ensure that our great party is successful in the upcoming state and general elections, it is my deepest prayer that the incoming NWC will begin reaching out to stakeholders across the nation to strengthen our party.”
