Chuka Ezenwune Declares Ambition for HoR

The need for Idemili North and South to have an active and functional Legislator has for some years occupied minds in the two local government areas. Like an incubus, the issue has refused to vanish from our dreams and thoughts. 

Pathetically, the discourse and arguments are laced with facts, half truths, blurred perception and more often than not, highly emotional on the side of protagonists and antagonists alike.

However, 2027 has presented once again an opportunity for Umu Idemili to take a positive decision towards making Idemili land better. And we must make the right choice this time. Yes, Idemili North and South have had great legislators like Hon. Jerry Ugokwe, C.C. Okeke, Charles Odedo, Obinna Chidoka to mention but a few. But that standard has nose-dived; hence the need for renaissance. Idemili people do not deserve a representative who is a similitude of a dog that can neither bark nor bite. The days of politicians just occupying offices with little or no impact on the lives of the constituents are over.

Starkly put, with the array of aspirants currently on parade, Barrister Chuka Ezenwune possesses the professional and the requisite experience to deliver the goods for Umu Idemili. With his background, learning and exposure, Ezenwune seems to be the square peg in a square hole. He is loaded with legislative experience and quality that are direly needed in the Green Chamber.

A solicitor, an apostle of politics of community development known for his outstanding commitment for youth empowerment. A two term member of the Anambra State House of Assembly (2015-2023) who invested his Constituency funds in the construction of sustainable projects in all the seven communities in Idemili South during his term in the House of Assembly.

MISSION 

We are in a critical moment in our Nation’s history; and there is need for renaissance. Having weighed the current representation at the House of Representatives, there is a general consensus that Idemili North and South deserve something better. A man experienced, diligent with an unfettered commitment to responsible representation.

Chuka Ezenwune is seeking to represent Umu Idemili during the forthcoming national election. His decision to run for the HOR was not taken in a haste, but rather after much study, prayers and reflection. It is crystal clear that the current performance leaves much to be deserved due to poor representation and development record.

Barrister Chuka Ezenwune with deep experience in the act of law making, will run a people oriented legislative policy with a blueprint for feedback mechanism that will make his accessibility for constituents unhindered. His, shall be a representation that truly listens to the people; and shall be driven by transparency, accountability and genuine engagement with the people.

His priorities as a Federal Legislator shall be how to attract: Infrastructure Development; Economic Development; Education; Healthcare and Security.
