Delta Holds 2026 Cognitive/Placement Examination Saturday, May 23

The Delta State Ministry of Primary Education has fixed Saturday, May 23, 2026, for the conduct of the 2026 Cognitive/Placement Examination across designated centres in the state.
The Commissioner for Primary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu, JP, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen, directing all candidates to be seated at their examination centres not later than 7:30 a.m. prompt.
Ezewu warned candidates to avoid all forms of examination malpractice, stressing that anyone caught engaging in illegal acts during the examination would face strict consequences.
Also speaking, the Director of Examinations and Standards in the Ministry, Mrs. Clementina Ojumah, cautioned supervisors and invigilators against participating in sharp practices capable of compromising the credibility of the exercise.
She maintained that any official found culpable would be made to face the full weight of the law, reaffirming the Ministry’s commitment to a transparent, credible, and hitch-free examination process across the state.
