Nzemeka Retains CSACEFA Delta Leadership, Pledges Commitment

The Civil Society Action Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA), Delta State Chapter, has re-elected Mrs. Juliana Nzemeka as its State Coordinator for another two-year tenure.

The election was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in Asaba, with representatives of the Delta State Government overseeing the exercise.

Mr. Eghwujowo Felix of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) served as Chairman of the Electoral Committee, while Mr. Otor Dennis of the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education served as Secretary.

Other officers elected were Mrs. Josephine Omodior, who emerged as Secretary, and Mr. Dennis Ehikwe, who was returned as Public Relations Officer.

The three candidates were returned unopposed and unanimously declared winners, following the absence of other contenders for the respective positions.

They were subsequently inaugurated to serve a two-year tenure.

Speaking after her inauguration, Nzemeka expressed appreciation to members and stakeholders for the confidence reposed in the new leadership and for their participation in the electoral process.

She pledged to continue advancing the vision and objectives of CSACEFA in Delta State, with particular emphasis on improving access to quality education and strengthening the coalition’s activities across the state.

The re-elected coordinator also promised to work closely with members, government and other stakeholders to promote policies and initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes and ensuring greater access to quality education in Delta State.
