“Let them tell you the date it was signed, when the house considered the law and what the debate looked like. They know the truth but they want to tell stories that are at variants with realities.” He said.
Continuing, “ all laws passed and accented to by the house of assembly are not done in secret, assembly seats in the open, deliberate on the first, second and third reading on bills of proposals in full glare and coverage of the media and members of the public who visits the assembly to observe proceeding and we have never done such in the hiding.”
“There was an election, we won and they lost we have extended the olive branch to join us in building much more stronger Delta but for those who are much more comfortable telling stories that will deminish the hard earned reputation of this administration especially that of our governor to please desist”.
Aniagwu also reiterated that the State liaison office in Lagos has not been sold, adding that the administration needed to take advantage of the prime position as well as the number of staff to generate revenue for the State.
Nothing that private property developers have already been engaged, he said that different flats are being developed with the intention of housing office while making money for the State in way of rent.
He assured Deltans that the administration will continue to work till midnight of May to ensure he continues to deliver the dividends of democracy.
